  • Partner school agreement between Preschool Advantage and the above named for the school year stated above.
  • I understand and agree to comply with the following expectations of Preschool Advantage:
    • Respond within 7-10 days to requests for information from either the Preschool Advantage office or a Committee Chairperson, or by later date if specified;
    • Reserve spaces for Preschool Advantage students at agreed tuition rates;
    • Work with Preschool Advantage School Committee representatives to schedule and conduct regular site visits;
    • Follow through in a timely manner when contacted with the enrollment process at your school after receiving names of the children and families that have been approved for funding by Preschool Advantage;
    • Submit tuition invoice to Preschool Advantage for funded children by September 30th;
    • Advise Preschool Advantage immediately if a child receiving support is awarded a voucher for tuition by Child and Family Resources and/or any other source of public funding and return prorated portion of the tuition paid for this child for the months from the date of receipt of the voucher to the Preschool Advantage office within 30 days;
    • Advise Preschool Advantage immediately if a child is withdrawn from school for any reason and return the pro-rated portion of the tuition paid for this child for the months not attended during the school year within 30 days;
    • Contact the Preschool Advantage office immediately if any funded child fails to attend school for two consecutive weeks, providing the reason for the absence;
    • Do not ask parents of a funded child for additional fees for any days and times already paid by Preschool Advantage;
    • Attend the Preschool Advantage Annual School Director Luncheon (generally held in March); if it is impossible to attend, send a Board member or other authorized staff member from your school;
    • Return the annual Preschool Advantage Teacher’s Report and Director Report by June 25th;
    • Assist in informing parents and families, as well as the general community, about Preschool Advantage;
    • Support at least one fundraiser sponsored by Preschool Advantage;
    • Work with the Preschool Advantage School Committee liaison to provide updates on interesting events at your school.
