Executive Director

​Molly Dunn joined Preschool Advantage in January 2014.  Responsible to the Board of Trustees for overall organization operations, she leads the implementation of the organization’s strategic growth plan.  Additionally, she provides leadership direction in the management of both institutional and major donor relationships and also fundraising.  A passionate advocate of Preschool Advantage’s mission, Molly works closely with our partner schools and families to ensure children a quality preschool program of the highest standard.  Her responsibilities also include coordinating the Child and School Committees, executing community outreach efforts, day-to-day finance, and administrative functions.
 A seasoned nonprofit development professional, Molly served as Development Director for several Morris County nonprofits, including the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Mayo Performing Arts Center and the Morristown and Morris Township Library Foundation.  She also held several for-profit senior management positions in past years at multinational and strategic consulting organizations.

Development Director

​Catherine Chaffee joined Preschool Advantage in the new role of Development Director in May 2017.  Reporting to and in partnership with Executive Director Molly Dunn, she leads our development efforts as Preschool Advantage continues to grow in order to support the escalating preschool needs in our communities.  Catherine works with Preschool Advantage leadership to broaden and deepen our donor relationships, both existing and new, to secure increased funding for many years to come.  She is also responsible for developing and executing the annual fundraising plan, grants and donor database management, and overseeing the planning of special events.   
A champion of our mission, Catherine brings to our organization an expertise in nonprofit development, having worked several years creating fundraising programs, including major capital campaigns, for area Montessori and charter schools.  Catherine also held national sales and sales management positions at both broadcast advertising corporations and book publishing companies.
