Cooking Up Success with Preschool Advantage
 |
| Nearly a decade ago Loryn Dagon needed help. She had a young daughter but no money to pay for preschool. A friend told her about Preschool Advantage (then Project Acorn) and Loryn was able to get assistance to send Isobel to preschool. Her daughter is now 13 and in the 7th grade at a local middle school. She’s a very hard worker and doing well, active in softball and even a volunteer at the Elks Club. Loryn attributes much of her daughter’s current success to the good start she got thanks to Preschool Advantage. She says, “I am very grateful for what Preschool Advantage provided during a time I couldn’t.”
A lot has changed for the Dagon family in the past ten years. Loryn started her own catering business (check it out at www.chefloryns.com) and both Loryn’s business and Isobel’s academic career have really taken off! |

| Every Preschool Director brings something special into the lives of preschool children. For Jane Carotenuto it is summed up by her saying “I bring MOM into the kids lives every day.” The majority of children at Dalrymple House come from single mother homes who have a hard time making ends meet. “I don’t want my husband to hear this, but I often pay for things on my own so that the children will not go without.”Click here to read more on this very special Preschool Advantage Partner. |
