Tennis and Golf events this June will benefit preschool education for Morris and Somerset county children in need. The Tennis Outing on June 21 will be played at Morris County Golf Club in Morris Township and will feature a round robin and lunch.

The Golf Event affords participants with an opportunity to play Basking Ridge Golf Club in Basking Ridge on June 25. An 11:30 AM shotgun start and post round shoot-out concludes with a cocktail reception and dinner. Ernie Oslo and Eugene Huang, trustees and Golf Event Co-Chairs say, “We are very excited about the 16th Outing for 16 Kids. It will be a fabulous event. We will raise enough funds to send 16 additional three and four year old kids to a quality preschool. It’s a big goal but achievable because our friends and supporters understand the life changing impact that preschool education will have on our families.”

The events are sponsored by the Morristown based non-profit, Preschool Advantage whose mission is to provide children of local families in need with the foundation for a lifetime of successful learning by funding quality preschool education. Funded by private donations, Preschool Advantage provides children in need in the community with effective early childhood education to prepare them for educational success.
